How It Works

For us to be able to match your quotation, the quote must be “like for like”. The quote must be for a product that we are able to supply, the same size, the same design and colour, and of the same quality.

During your appointment with your expert sales representative, share a copy of the quote with us with the exact specifications of the competing product. We will then make a final decision on whether the competitor’s product matches the features offered by Phair Windows.

  We chose Phair  windows as we were looking for a local trusted and not a National company which purports to be locally based. We were not disappointed. From the outset Phair windows have been courteous, ultra reliable and professional at every step of the way. They have kept us fully appraised throughout and even brought forward our installation date which was very convenient. On the day the team arrived on time and despite the unusually hot weather completed a first class job, even bringing in an extra team to make sure it was finished on time . A lovely bunch of guys who were polite and very hard working and were spotless in their clearing up . Altogether a very good experience by a competitive professional company who we would highly recommend.

  Had Phair windows replace all windows in my house. Tom their sales man quoted a great price, brilliant at his job.

Company communicated with me constantly and within a month fitters Jake, Tom and Jason came round and finished in 2 days. They were friendly and proffesional, went out of their way to show me what they had done and if I was happy with things. Made sure I was aware of the support line and cleaned up after themselves.

  Had all 12 windows and the patio door replaced by Phair Windows May 2024. Tom quoted us a good price. Good communication throughout from Jennie. They arrived on time and were very respectful of our home. Great team of fitters who went out of their way to ensure we were totally happy with everything. Bathroom window was tiled over the old window and they fitted the new one without damaging a single tile. They tidied up after themselves very carefully each day.
