Rob - Managing Director
As managing director, Rob has been the driving force behind Phair Windows, ensuring the company's family values and commitment to quality are at the heart of everything we do.
Jake - Director of Operations
Jake is responsible for overseeing all of our day-to-day operations and is also a fully qualified surveyor. You’ll often meet Jake when he visits to survey your new windows, doors, or even a brand-new conservatory. His hands-on approach ensures every project starts on the right track.
Jason - Team Manager
Jason works across the business, managing our teams on a daily basis. As a qualified window fitter, his expertise is matched by his attention to detail and strong leadership skills, making him an invaluable leader within our company.
Tom - Sales Manager
Tom, our experienced Sales Manager, has worked in the industry for over 35 years, offering knowledge and insight that is second to none. He visits customers’ homes for consultations on all types of home improvements, providing a clear and accurate representation of any project, along with a competitive price on the spot. Whether the project is big or small, Tom’s understanding and expertise set him apart.
Borris - Administrator
Borris takes care of all our internal calls and manages the smooth running of our back-office operations. His role is key to maintaining a seamless customer experience, and he is always happy to help with any needs. Known for his warm and welcoming personality, Borris is a valued member of our team - and he makes a fantastic cup of coffee to greet our showroom visitors.
Nik - Head of Accounts
Known affectionately by the team as Curly, he is the numbers-and-design guru behind our projects. As Head of Accounts, he keeps our finances running like clockwork, but his talents don’t stop there - he also produces all of our project proposals and detailed CAD drawings. With an eye for precision and a knack for turning ideas into clear visual plans, Curly ensures every customer knows exactly what to expect before a single tool is picked up. Having been with the business for many years, he’s an indispensable part of the team, combining creativity with accuracy to bring each project to life.
Eric - Head Fitter
Eric, along with his son Lincoln, have been fitting windows together for over 10 years. With over 30 years of industry experience, including a background in manufacturing UPVC windows, Eric has primarily specialised in fitting windows, doors, and conservatories. His extensive knowledge and expertise make him our most senior and trusted fitter.
Lincoln - Fitter
Lincoln began fitting windows at just 16 years old, starting out by cleaning up job sites and working alongside his dad, Eric. Over the years, he has become one of our most skilled fitters and is on track to lead his own team in the near future.
Michael - Builder / Labour / Fitter
Known to the team as Mickey, he is one of the strongest manual workers at Phair Windows. His determination and strong work ethic make him an essential part of many of our projects.
Dan - Builder / Fitter
Dan, together with Dorris, plays a vital role in any building or construction project. The two have worked alongside each other for over 15 years, from fitting windows to building two-storey extensions. Dan’s experience, coupled with his friendly personality, makes him a standout member of our team.
Dorris - Builder / Labour / Fitter
Dorris has over 15 years of industry experience, bringing both knowledge and a friendly attitude to every project. His skills help us deliver building work to the highest standard every time.
Pete - Founder
Pete founded the business in 1998 as a sole trader under the name Glass & Lock, specialising in glass work and repairs. For over two decades, he served customers with skill, reliability, and a dedication to quality that built a trusted local reputation. In 2021, Pete suffered a stroke and had to step away from the business. At that point, his son, Jake, and his nephew, Rob, took over the reins, expanding the company’s services and rebranding it as Phair Windows. Pete’s hard work and commitment laid the foundation for everything we have achieved today, and his legacy remains an important part of our story.
